- Prepare testing activities for the integration of vehicle functions and features.
- Gather requirements from function owners and translate them into test specifications and test scenarios.
- Work with project and testing tools, create and maintain test documentation, and ensure that requirements are adequately covered by tests.
- Communicate with developers, function owners, test engineers, and other project stakeholders.
However, this is only the beginning. Our goal is to help you gain a broader understanding of how modern automotive functions are designed, tested, and validated. Over time, you will have the opportunity to specialize in areas that interest you most, such as:
- Software development
- Test automation
- Test systems and tooling
- Vehicle testing and validation
Das bringst du mit
We are primarily looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to understand how things work.
- At least a secondary school diploma. A technical background or completed software/system testing training is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication and organizational skills, as the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, sharing information, and maintaining clear documentation.
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new topics and independently acquire additional knowledge when needed.
- Interest in technology, software, automotive engineering, or technical systems in general.
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with task and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA) is considered an advantage.
- Good command of both Czech and English; German is a plus.
- Valid Category B driving license.
Previous automotive experience is not required. If you are eager to learn and interested in technology, we will help you acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
